Refund and Return Policy
At UnIQue Mind, we are committed to providing the highest quality Nutritional Support Supplements to support our community.
1. Returns Due to the health, safety, and hygiene nature of our product, NeuroSpectrum Junior, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and unused.
The item must be in its original packaging with the safety seal intact.
As per our safety guidelines, do not use or return the product if the safety seal was broken prior to your receipt.
2. Return Window You have [e.g., 7 or 14] days to return an item from the date of delivery.
3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method (e.g., PayFast).
4. Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
